My book launch at the 2026 American Library Association conference was amazing and more successful than what I could have imagined! My booth was busy the entire time, I sold every copy, had a great turnout for my “AI Playground” presentation, and received about 1,000 visitors to my website in just 3 days (my big banner probably helped with that).

I enjoyed countless conversations about AI and librarianship. Thank you Christopher Harris, Sandra Hirsh, Kate Hall, Justin Bumbico, Erinn Slanina, Dr. Brandy McNeil, Bloomsbury Academic, and so many more for making the conference so special.

One of the highlights was meeting with Eman Abushulaibi and learning about ALA’s partnership with the Sharjah Book Authority | هيئة الشارقة للكتاب. It’s inspiring to see the power of libraries throughout the world.
